Héctor Antonio Fernández Lozano is the Managing Partner of Fernández & Asociados, where he heads the firm's tax, compliance, and corporate law practices. His work focuses on tax planning, the design of corporate structures, audits, and regulatory compliance before the Revenue Administration Service (SAR), Customs, and other regulatory bodies, as well as on directing highly complex administrative and judicial litigation.

Throughout his career, he has developed solid experience in both the public and private sectors. He began at the Large Taxpayers Division of the SAR, where he served as a Collections Analyst and Judicial Attorney and was certified by the institution as a tax instructor. He subsequently led the Tax & Corporate Compliance Department at Bufete Mejía & Asociados and coordinated its Litigation & Intellectual Property Department, spearheading strategies to defend intangible assets such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

He holds a Law degree from the Universidad de San Pedro Sula, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Master's in Business Management with a specialization in finance from the same institution. This combination of legal and business training enables him to offer clients comprehensive, strategic, results-oriented counsel.
